Fiat Chrysler account management. Brand and retail campaign creation and development, focused on demands for all seven Brazilian regions Extensive client interface, development of creative briefings and close collaboration with the creative team. Strategic alignment between all communication efforts (on/off) and with national brand campaigns. Daily meetings with clients for status, approval and campaign presentations. Follow up of all production with the respective teams (broadcast, print, digital) and job coordination with all departments. Internal and client-side budget control.

Clients: Itaú Unibanco Bank (largest in LATAM), KraftHeinz, Budweiser, Braskem Petrochemical, Marisa (fashion retail), Grendene (footwear retail). Responsible for account and client management, both online and offline experience. Direct contact with foreign clients and partners. Translation and review of presentations and documents to and from English. Part of the team that worked on ABInbev’s first Gold Lion at Cannes (#LetThemTalk campaign with Oscar Schmidt at the NBA All Star’s game).

Assistance to the instructor during class and individual work with students. Daily language drill instruction and homework grading. Spent a quarter in Salvador (State of Bahia, in Brazil) with the foreign study group. Assistance with cultural adaptation and operational issues.
